Borcherding Buick GMC presents $2,500 to school in Milford | News
MILFORD, OH (FOX19) - The owner of Borcherding Buick GMC in Mason had a special gift for an organization that supports schools in Milford.
A $2,500 check was presented to the Partnership for Milford schools, a parent and community group dedicated to supporting Milford Schools. The nonprofit is one of two winners in the dealership's well-publicized $5,000 Neighbor-2-Neighbor social media contest.
Neighbor-2-Neighbor is an extension of Borcherding's charity activities and longtime investment in the local schools and community. Says Kim Borcherding, "I wish we could give $5,000 to every school that participated—they're all great schools and deserve it. We have a wonderful community here in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. I can't imagining living or doing business anywhere else. It's just a great bunch of people who really care about each other and about making things better."
The check will be presented to the nonprofit parent group at 10:45 am in a ceremony at Pattison Elementary School.
