Police: Man robbed Kroger employee in parking lot | News

The Union Township Police Department is attempting to identify a suspect who is wanted for robbing a Kroger employee in the parking lot.

It happened on Dec. 7 at 6 a.m. as the woman was loading groceries into her vehicle.

Police say the suspect showed a weapon and demanded money. The victim and the subject struggled over her purse and she may
have scratched his face in the struggle. 

The subject was able to get the
purse from the victim and was last seen running south through the parking log
toward Ohio Pike.

He is described as a white male, 5'6" tall and 200 lbs
with short dark hair.  Anyone who has information on the identity of this
